Do you have a catalog you can mail me?Since our items and fragrance choices change so often, we do not offer a print catalog. All of our items are available for viewing on our website. Feel free to call toll free 1-866-7-SHIP-IT to place an order over the phone.

What does Retired, Exclusive and Limited Edition mean?Our suppliers may retire or discontinue their products from time to time. Other products on our website are also offered for a limited time only. Exclusive products are items for dealers only and are not offered by the manufacturer to the public.

Do you sell wholesale to the public?CandlesToMyDoor.com is an authorized candle dealer. Our candles may only be sold at locations approved by our vendors. Our candles may only be sold to consumers and not a third party distributor. Transshipment of our candles to unauthorized retail dealers or unauthorized locations is prohibited. CandlesToMyDoor.com reserves the right to cancel any order that we knowingly will be resold in another location.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?Yes, we ship to the U.S. and Canada.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?No, we only ship to locations with a physical address.

How long will it take to get my order?We usually ship regular in stock orders within 24-48 hours, beginning the day after you place your order. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays. During peak seasons and especially around holidays, this may extend to 48-72 hours. Shipping time can take another 2 to 5 days, depending on the delivery area the package is going to.
