Do you have a catalog you can mail me? Since our items and fragrance choices change so often, we do not offer a print catalog. All of our items are available for viewing on our website. What does Retired, Exclusive and Limited Edition mean? Our suppliers may retire or discontinue their products from time to time.  Other products on our website are also offered for a limited time only.  Exclusive products are items for dealers only and are not offered by the manufacturer to the public.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.? Currently, we only ship to the U.S. at this time.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses? Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Do you ship to PO Boxes? Yes, we ship through the United States Postal Service for PO Box shipments.

How long will it take to get my order? We usually ship regular in stock orders within 24-48 hours, beginning the day after you place your order. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays. During peak seasons and especially around holidays, this may extend to 48-72 hours. Shipping time can take another 2 to 5 days, depending on the delivery area the package is going to.
